Product Description
High-density polyethylene sheet
The raw material of HDPE board, high-density polyethylene, is a linear polymer formed by the polymerization of ethylene under low-pressure conditions. The molecular chains are closely arranged, with a high degree of crystallinity, and its density ranges from 0.94 to 0.96 g/cm³.
(1)Mechanical properties are balanced: tensile strength ≥ 20 MPa, bending strength ≥ 25 MPa, elongation at break reaches 300% - 500%, capable of withstanding moderate loads, and has good impact toughness.
(2)Outstanding chemical resistance: Exhibits excellent tolerance to a wide range of acids, bases, salt solutions and organic solvents. It does not easily swell or corrode within the temperature range of 25°C to 60°C, but is not resistant to strong oxidizing acids, etc.
(3)High environmental adaptability: Absorption rate is less than 0.01%. The size remains stable in humid, underwater or temperature fluctuating environments.
