Nylon Sheet

The nylon board is an engineering plastic sheet made mainly from nylon (polyamide, PA).
(1)High mechanical strength: The tensile strength is generally between 40 and 120 MPa, and the compressive strength is between 30 and 100 MPa, capable of withstanding considerable external forces. 
(2)Excellent wear resistance: The friction coefficient is usually between 0.1 and 0.3, with a low wear rate. It is suitable for manufacturing parts that are prone to wear, such as bearings and gears. 
(3)Excellent self-lubrication: It possesses excellent self-lubricating properties on its own, which can reduce maintenance efforts and lubrication costs. 
(4)Strong chemical stability: It has strong tolerance to common chemicals such as acids, bases, and salts, but strong oxidizing acids can cause corrosion to it. 
(5)Excellent insulation performance: It is a high-quality electrical insulating material, with a dielectric constant typically ranging from 3.0 to 4.0.
