Polypropylene board (PP board) is a type of thermoplastic plastic sheet made from polypropylene resin. It features light weight, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in various fields.
(1)Heat resistance: Melting point is 160-170°C. It can be disinfected and sterilized at temperatures above 100°C, and does not deform at 150°C.
(2)Wear resistance and impact resistance: The surface hardness is moderate, the dry friction coefficient is close to that of nylon, and it retains toughness even in low-temperature environments.
(3)Low water absorption: The water absorption rate is only 0.01%. Changes in humidity do not affect the dimensional stability.
(4)Chemical resistance: Exhibits excellent resistance to most inorganic acids, bases, salts and organic solvents.
